2025 South Boston Street Festival Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the South Boston Street Festival!

The South Boston Street Festival is a neighborhood tradition of more than 20 years! This event is co-organized by the South Boston Chamber of Commerce and South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation to promote South Boston businesses and encourage residents to support neighborhood establishments. Opportunities for businesses based outside of South Boston to participate in the Street Festival are extremely limited.

To become a vendor:

Review the Vendor Information Packet here. Please review the Packet carefully as some information has changed since the last Street Festival. Important: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and fire-rated tents and weights, etc.
Complete the application form below.
If approved, you will receive a payment invoice and request for a Certificate of Insurance.

Booth Space Requirements

Each booth space is 12x12. Prices below include one 12x12 booth space. Non-food South Boston businesses may request additional booth space.

South Boston Business (Non-food): $50.00

South Boston Nonprofit (Non-Sales): $50.00

South Boston Nonprofit (Selling approved products): $50.00

Vendors from outside of South Boston: $500.00

Additional Booth Space

Available ONLY to Non-Food South Boston Businesses. Additional spaces requested by vendors who do not fit this criteria will not be accommodated.

1 additional 12 x 12 space (2 spaces total): $50.00

2 additional 12 x 12 spaces (3 spaces total): $100

3 additional 12 x 12 spaces (4 spaces total): $150

Pop-Up Tent Use

Tents MUST be fire-rated according to Boston Fire Department Code, and securely weighted. Tents and weights are the vendor's responsibility.

Check here if you plan to use a pop-up tent. Tents must be fire-rated and securely weighted. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents and weights.

Acknowledgement

By checking this box, I confirm that I have thoroughly reviewed the Vendor Information Packet and understand that I will be required to provide my own tables, chairs, fire-rated tent (if using), etc. I acknowledge, on behalf of the vendor submitting this application, that failure to comply with the rules and guidelines outlined in the Vendor Information Packet will result in permanent closure without a refund.
